Ask and the results will appear

Spread the love

Text-based image with a beige textured background featuring the title “Ask, and the results will appear” in bold serif font, followed by a reflective passage about illness, fear, and spiritual surrender. Colds and flu turn life upside down. Suddenly there is the thought of a shortened tomorrow. It becomes so easy to drown in self‑pity, to fear that the worst is yet to come.

In every action you search for hidden truths. But how can anything be changed when fear is the lens you’re looking through? Worry compounds fear until you’re left in a place where only God knows the answers.
You tell yourself that’s how it is. Yet stress wears down even the strongest among us, and sometimes we must give in before we give up.
A tired soul finally lays down, praying to the powers that be for respite from illness and relief from worry.
“I am tired of this illness. I seek relief. I want to be well again.”
The cry rises — half‑plea, half‑scream — echoing through your mind as your eyes close in blessed sleep.

Hands folded in prayer upon the pillow. Eyes opening just enough to notice how they rest. And then, as you lift your gaze, you meet hers.

Black as coal. Only her eyes — but you know them instantly. The same eyes that watched over you as a child, steady and firm, promising that if you followed her guidance, you would be spared the unknown.

There was no ignoring this meeting. No fear. Only recognition. And a smile.
She had been sent to remind you: impatience is not the path to healing. Faith is.

She — the one you loved in childhood, the one you trusted with a child’s whole heart — had come as a guardian in your moment of greatest need.

Turn from fear. Look toward the love of God. Believe that prayers are answered in faith. Know she stands beside you still, wrapping you in a quiet blanket of love — an unquestioning love that brings deliverance.
